We are coming to the finish line of 2015 and what a year it has been. Look back to January and see where you have reclaimed your power or taken your power back from any situation, event or person that made you feel/believe you were powerless. Look also at where you might continually give you power away and make an intention to become aware of that in the moment. In our awareness, we can change things– or make a different choice.

So December is going to feel rushed. It will be up to you to deliberately slow it down. This may feel challenging but it can be done. Nothing is really urgent, we only believe it is. Force yourself to sit still, take a break, have a cup of tea, go for a walk, take your time in the am…. this will recharge you and give you the energy needed to get it all done. A little will go a very long way here.

Also, it is very important to stay in the moment– even if it is just for a moment. So when you get ahead of yourself and start to focus on all you have to do, get done, next year etc… pull back and take notice of the feel of the clothes on your skin and/or the shoes on your feet. In that simple act, you are in the moment. It is a reset and will bring your energy, focus, power into present time.

We are also moving into the energy of winter. If you were on the Fall Equinox/Four Directions Webinar on 9/23, you know that the season of winter calls us inward to our deepest selves. It is a time to be quiet and still, to reflect and remember to allow whatever is deep in our unconscious/subconscious to come to the surface. It is where all that will be, will be born. Winter is a very intuitive time for us. Expect your intuition to be very loud and then trust what you are receiving/knowing. In the darkness we have to learn to rely on what we ‘feel’ and what we know to be true. As it gets darker outside, boost your light inside by connecting into your heart and energy. Bring that light with you wherever you go… Lord knows we need that more than ever.

Another thing for this December– connections. Good connections are going to be made this month…. Spirit sent and sanctioned connections. Maybe the right teacher shows up for you, or the right lover. Maybe it is the right doctor, dentist, plumber or neighbor…. whatever connections are made this month have meaning and purpose beyond just chance. Spirit is always working on our behalf– the more you understand and trust that, the more consciously you can use that to make life easier.

So I just want to say, it has been quite a year of growth and connections for me– 2015 has brought me many more new friends (on Earth and in Heaven) and has taken the relationship I have with all of you to an even deeper level. I am so grateful I could burst. In this month of December (always really but especially this month), I honor all of you who read this, who read my emails, who read my book, who come to my events, who connect to me on the webinars, who have allowed me to soulfully know you and your loved ones through a private reading. You make my life full and meaningful. I want you to know, I have petitioned all the Angels in Heaven to bless you all and to protect you always, over and over (and you know what kind of pull I got there hehe!!!) and I look forward with great anticipation to becoming closer and more connected to all of you in the years to come.
