Terms & Agreements

  • Appointments/Readings are done by phone, zoom video conferencing, or in person at Ro’s home in Lyndhurst NJ (UPON REQUEST ONLY) 
  • Time Zone for appointment booking is Eastern Standard Time
  • FOR FAMILY READINGS – At my location-Lyndhurst NJ- UPON REQUEST ONLY 
  • All readings are recorded and a copy is sent VIA EMAIL as an MP3 file.
  • All readings booked through website are paid at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment.
  • If a reading goes over 30 minutes you will be charged for a fifty minute reading
  • Sessions lasting more than one hour are prorated $30 per 15 minutes increments.
  • An automatic confirmation is sent when appointment is made and you will receive a reminder email before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation policy:

  • A full refund will be issued for appointments cancelled prior to 48 hours.
  • Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the appointment time a refund will be issued less a $50 administrative fee.
  • There are no refunds given for cancelling less than 24 hours.

For Group Events/Group Mediumship:

  • Full payment required at the time of booking
  • All Group Events/Mediumship are done at your location  (75 miles or less of Lyndhurst NJ)- please specify when booking
  • If the event is more than 75 miles from Lyndhurst, an additional charge of $150 will be added.
  • Please specify what type of class/group meeting when booking a private group event
  • Events cancelled up to but no later than 14 days of event date can be rescheduled
  • Group Medium Events are a great way to experience what mediumship is all about– THEY ARE NOT PRIVATE READINGS. The medium will address the whole group.
  • Please keep in mind, attending does not guarantee your loved ones in spirit will connect or you will receive a message or reading. Please let your guest know this in advance.
  • Also, in group settings, your loved ones often come in and are acknowledged and then move on so other spirits have a chance to come through.  In this type of forum, it is about accommodating as many spirits as time allows.
  • Please refrain from serving alcohol until after the mediumship portion of your gathering
  • Please have everyone turn off their cell phones
  • Please have the space for the gathering distraction free & pet free
  • RoseMarie will allow up to 30 minutes of questions after the 1 or 1.5 hour group session.
